Find out why Yash enjoys working with Nusrat now

Yash was shooting for

Shiladitya Moulik

’s Mastermoshai along with Nusrat Jahan when

Covid

cases started rising in Bengal and the shoot was out on hold. It will resume from February. Speaking to us about the film, Yash said, “It shows what politics can do in a man’s life. But I can’t reveal anything more about the story now.”
Even in real life, the actor is associated with a political party. We asked him if he’s keen on continuing on that path. “I’m still with the political party. When the right time comes, I will speak on this matter. Not now,” he said.

When asked about his experience sharing the screen with Nusrat, he said with a smile, “Of course, working with her is different now than before. It’s more personal now. On the set, we can improvise a lot and we can do our homework together too. Now I can ask her to opt for morning call time so that I can sleep till late.”
Yash, who is a hands-on father, is having a nice time with his two sons –

Reyaansh and Yishaan

. “Both of them are extremely fond of each other, and they look alike too. In March, we are planning to have Yishaan’s annaprashan (having the first morsel of rice). He will be seven months old then. Yishaan still wakes up twice or thrice at night, so it is not easy to bring up a child. But I am enjoying every bit of it,” the actor said.

Yash and

Nusrat

had flown to Goa to celebrate Christmas and New Year. “We had a blast in Goa. After that, we went to Mumbai too for some work. Both Nusrat and I are planning for a short trip after we complete the shoot of Mastermoshai,” Yash said.
