Feluda will be back

Sandip Ray assures that there will be more of the sleuth and his magajastra after ��RBR��<b> <b>

Feluda fans can now look forward to their date with the master sleuth and his magajastra. ��Royal Bengal Rahasya�� will hit theatres in December. ��We are targeting a December release. With exams over in December, Christmas and New Year on the cards, the time seems to be just right for a Feluda release,�� informs Sandip Ray, who is working 12 hours a day to complete the film��s post-production.
Talking about the exact release date Shrikant Mohta, from the production house, said, ��The film will be a Christmas release.We can��t give an exact date right now but for sure, it will be a Christmas release and not before that.��
The team had also done a photo shoot just before the sudden demise of Jatayu (Bibhu Bhattacharyya). Talking about the shoot Sandip said, ��We have started doing photo-shoots with ��Gorosthane Sabdhan�� as high resolution pictures are always a requisite to design posters and hoardings. We also realized that if a sudden concept comes to our mind for promotion before the film��s release, it becomes impossible to locate the exact pictures. Starting with ��GS�� I
chalk out an interesting concept and sketch it keeping the film��s promotion, hoardings in mind. Next, we shoot the stills accordingly. In this film, Feluda will be seen without a gun. A sword will play an important prop instead. So, we did a shoot with Benu (Sabyasachi) where he holds the sword. This film is a little cerebral than the other Feluda stories. What��s more, this has more outdoor shoots and has interesting characters. We kept these in mind during the photo-op.��

The director is at present busy recording the background score of the film, which has been designed by him. ��There are too many special effects and we are working on it. Post��production to me is the crucial phase for a film as the director can��t do anything after this. We are now neck deep in ��RBR��,�� he added.
Ask him if the audience will get to see a real tiger in ��RBR�� and Sandip returned, ��Let that be a mystery! If, I reveal everything now, then the suspense will go.��

In fact, buzz is that after the demise of Jatayu and with Sabyasachi Chakrabarty getting a little old to play Feluda, there will be no more Feluda films. Sandip said, ��I don��t know who is spreading such baseless rumours. Let me clarify, Feluda hoeache, Feluda hochhe and Feluda will continue to happen. May be the next Feluda will be with a new team, with Topshe remaining the same. As in all in other Feluda films in the end of ��RBR�� one will see the line, Feluda pher phirbe. What more assurance can I give to Feluda fans?��
And has he found his next Feluda and Jatayu yet? ��Benu is tailormade for Feluda but I am not sure whether I will cast him in the next Feluda or look for another actor. Let this film release then, I will think about all these,�� he signs off.
