Mahabharata
along the journey of Draupadi’s inner self from
Kurukshetra
to Mahaprasthan. “I will play Yuvati, which is the inner conscience of
Draupadi
that is abstract. This is something I have never done before, though I have played varied roles till date. Through Raja: The Formless King, we will celebrate love, life, power and revolt against the universal pain women have been facing for ages So, I am looking forward to it,” said the actress.
She added, “It is the dream project of Kalamandalam Goutam, who passed away a few months ago. Kalamandam Goutam was looking for a woman with a quintessentially Indian face, long hair, calm voice and was keen that I should play the part of Yuvati. Kathakali
, Kaikutikali and others in this project.”
