Dr. Devi Shetty’s double thumbs up to ‘Konttho’

Dr. Devi Shetty recently attended the special screening of Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee’s Friday release ‘Konttho’ in Bangalore and it looks like the much-anticipated movie has touched him deeply.
The renowned doctor has heaped praise on ‘Konttho’. "The film has given the cancer patient hope, the hope that they can get back to real life. They can enjoy life, and there is something look forward to.The way they have narrated the story is wonderful," said Dr. Shetty.
Shiboprosad is also elated to receive such a great response from India’s one of the best doctors. “I am so happy that he has appreciated our works. ‘Konttho’ is the most inspiring story we have ever worked on. It’s about a person who challenges his destiny and his God. Even though he has lost a part of his life or body, it can’t break his spirit,” said the director who himself plays the protagonist, RJ Arjun.
‘Konttho’ follows the life of an RJ who loses his voice due to laryngeal cancer and how he overcomes the challenges with the help of speech therapy.
