'Dostojee' to be screened at the 45th Göteborg Film Festival

Prasun Chatterjee's directorial 'Dostojee' has been selected for the special screening at the prestigious 45th Göteborg Film Festival. The director has announced the happy news on his Twitter page, and the film festival will take place January 28th to February 6th in Sweden. The Bengali drama about two young friends is expected to bag a few awards on the international stage to add honors to the Indian cinema industry.

Earlier, Arif Shaikh, who played one of two friends in 'Dostojee' has bagged the best young actor award in the Child’s Performance at the Olympia Film Festival that was held in Greece.Shaikh has worked challenging at a young age to pass several hurdles to act in the film 'Dostojee', and the young boy has been paid off for the hard work as he continues to receive appreciation.

'Dostojee' is yet to be released in theatres, and the film is expected to bag more awards before it reaches the Indian audience.
