is still mourning Abhishek Chatterjee’s untimely death. The popular actor who was associated with the Bengali film and TV industries for the last three decades, breathed his last at his residence on Thursday and his industry colleagues are still in shock.

Amid all the grief and sadness a few videos of the senior actor’s last picnic with friends and family have gone viral. The video have made his friends and fans emotional to the core. The clips show Abhishek singing, dancing and enjoying the picnic mood from earlier this month. He had shared these fun-filled videos and pictures through his official Facebook account.

Actor Abhishek Chatterjee (1964-2022), who was associated with the Bengali film and TV industries for two decades, passed away at his residence on Thursday. Abhishek Chatterjee was 57 and is survived by his wife and daughter. The late actor wasn’t feeling well for the past few days and on Wednesday, while shooting for a reality show, his condition deteriorated. He was rushed to home, as he refused to go to a hospital.

Abhishek was one of the most popular stars of Bengali cinema in the late 80s and early 90s alongside Prosenjit Chatterjee, Tapas Paul, Chiranjeet Chakraborty. He started his film journey with ‘Pathbhola’, directed by Tarun Majumdar, in 1986.
