Dekh Circus Dekh bags the KNN Movie Award

Tannishtha Chatterjee and Nawazuddin Siddiqui���������s ���������Dekh Circus Dekh��������� has bagged the KNN Movie Award (Audience Award) at the 16th Busan International Film Festival.
The film, which is about a mother wanting to take her children to see a circus despite facing a lot of financial hardships, had its world premiere at the New Currents section of the Festival.The Sonje Award for short films was bagged by another Indian ���������Venkat Amudhan ��������� for the film ���������Thug Beram���������. Says Tannishtha, ���������Besides the good reviews that the movie has got, this award will boost Indian cinema.
Director Mangesh Hadawale, whose debut feature film had won a National Award, attended the Festival in Busan.��������� Says Nawazuddin, ���������I couldn���������t attend the Festival in Busan because I was busy shooting for ���������Monsoon Shootout��������� in Mumbai. It���������s an Anurag Kashyap production. I���������ve also done ���������Dhuan��������� with Aamir Khan. The Busan award is very prestigious though not too many people know about it in India. I���������m so glad that the movie has bagged this award.���������
