Darshana to debut in Tamil films

Darshana Banik, who has her hands full with several projects, is looking forward to debut in a yet-untitled Tamil film. and some portions will also be shot in London.” The model-actress is excited to work with Ranjit. She shared, “I am extremely excited to work with Ranjit Jeyakodi who has previously worked with Vijay Sethupathi. The film team is sorted, enthusiastic and talented. The cold weather in Ooty is a challenge, especially during the night shoots but we are enjoying every bit of it. Bindu Madhavi is very sweet and hardworking and we have bonded really well since our first meeting. We will be shooting in Ooty till the end of the month.”
This is not the first time that Darshana is in Ooty. She had visited the beautiful hill station back in her childhood. “When I came here as a child with my parents, my experience was not that pleasant. I suffered from altitude sickness and the entire vacation was unpleasant. I had decided back then that I will not visit Ooty ever. Earlier, we had come via Bangalore and the route was not comfortable. But this time we took a different route and luckily, I did not fall sick. I am enjoying my stay to the hilt,” said Darshana.
