Churni Ganguly-starrer family drama Subho Bijoya just dropped a trailer

The official trailer of the upcoming film Subho Biioya was recently launched at a city shopping mall, on the occasion of Jagadhatri Pujo. The trailer gives viewers a sneak peek into the Banerjee family who are in the midst of celebrating Durga Puja. Churni Ganguly plays the family matriarch Bijoya. The film also stars Kaushik Ganguly, Bonny, Koushani, Kharaj Mukherjee, Manasi Sinha Devtanu, Shweta, Amrita De, Savvy and Anindya Chatterjee.
The film which is directed by Rohan Sen tells the story of North Kolkata’s Banerjee family during the four days of festive celebrations; the trailer hints that the extended family has grown fragmented over time. An incident brings the estranged members of the family members together and what happens next forms the crux of the story.
