’. Yet again the upcoming thriller will see
Chiranjeet Chakraborty essaying the role of detective Chandrakanta.
Just like the earlier one, this one also will be a psychological revenge drama. The story sees a young girl Megha, played by
Arunima Ghosh, in love with a boy but due to some unwanted twists she gets married to his father’s friend Debraj.
Saswata Chatterjee will be seen as the evil man Debraj. This forced marriage turns Megha’s life into a disaster.
However, she is relieved from the burden of this unhappy married life after 8 years when Debraj was found dead in a mysterious situation. Detective Chandrakanta is called upon to investigate the murder case. What happens next forms the crux of the film. Beside these three main leads, the cast also has Rajesh Sharma, Darshana Banik, Sourav Chakraborty, Debranjan Nag, Poulami Das and
Biswajit Chakraborty.
Another big highlight of ‘Shororipu 2: Jotugriho’ is
Rupam Islam is composing the music along with the background score. It will no doubt add more thrill to the film.
