Chaity Ghoshal’s mother passes away

On Tuesday, at 2.35 am, Chaity Ghoshal lost her mother, Trishna Ghoshal, to COVID. She was also suffering from advanced liver disease and was admitted to a city nursing home. When we called the actress, she said, “Ma was suffering from liver disease for a very long time but after she tested COVID positive, her condition started deteriorating and we lost her. I am grateful to the team of doctors who tried their best and did whatever they could.”
The actress, who herself tested COVID positive on April 21, added, “Ma remains my queen forever and I used to treat her like my child. My loss is beyond any measure. I thank all who stood by the trouble times to get ma admitted and then those who helped us make her last rites possible.”
