. “I feel honoured to receive this award, which is very prestigious,” said Buddhadeb.
Recognised for his unique story-telling and poetic directorial style, Buddhadeb is always at home whenever in London. “My films have had UK premieres in London for decades. London is a city I know very well. This time, the seven-day trip was packed with several festival programmes like masterclasses, meeting the director, press conferences and lunches.
