’s relationship drama ‘Archier Gallery’.
The innocent love story evokes 90’s nostalgia and revolves around a young guy Archie.
Bonny
will be playing the role of the young lad and
Ayoshi
has been cast opposite her. Archie lost his mother in his childhood days and brought up his father and aunt. As he grows up Archie becomes a lot more dependent on his father, his only lifeline. Senior actor
Rajatava Dutta will be seen as Archie’s father. There are some moments in our life which can’t be captured in frames; instead, they stay in our hearts forever and in this story, Archie has treasured such special moments in his heart. While Bonny will be seen as a simple guy, Ayoshi plays a lady from the corporate world in ‘Archier Gallery’.
Since she has already worked with Bonny in two films previously Ayoshi says the comfort level between them is a great advantage. "As a co-actor Bonny is so cool and down-to-earth. It always feels great to work with him. I am looking forward to starting the shoot. We will start shooting from April 17 in and around Kolkata," shares the actor who is also playing a key role in the upcoming web series based on Narayan Sanyal's P. K. Basu from the detective 'Kanta' series.
There is something about the 90s that makes us remember those days fondly. This was the age that gave us 'Titanic' and the ever-charming Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet. Near home, we have blockbusters like 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hain' and 'Dil To Pagal Hain', which made us believe in the invincible power of love and indeed, young lovers had a different experience, which, perhaps, today’s social media savvy generation would find difficult to relate to. That’s what the young director wants to show in her film and she promises to deliver a simple and innocent love story which we miss a lot today.
