resolution is to do more work, where I can challenge myself as an actor. That apart, I’m following a strict diet and walking every day for half an hour. I was in

for a vacation and there too I walked for 30 minutes every day,” he said.

The actor is at present busy doing stage shows. “I’m part of Chilekotha and Dozon Dujon and both the plays are getting a lot of shows,” said Biswanath.

The actor is happy that the year started on a good note. “Today, Param (Parambrata Chatterjee) offered me an important role in his next, which is a biopic on Soumitra Chatterjee. Jit, who directed the film, Sesher Golpo, years back is making his second film on two vagabonds, where Apuda (Saswata Chatterjee) and I play the lead. Then, debutant director Souvik Kundu is making a film, where Abir Chatterjee plays the lead and there too he offered me an important role,” Biswanath told us.

The actor is also part of films like Bichar directed by Raj Mukherjee and Partha
