Birsa starts shooting in and around Kolkata

Birsa Dasgupta has started shooting the new project that features Swastika Mukherjee, Raima Sen, Parambrata Chatterjee, Sabyasachi Chakrabarty and others in the outskirts of Kolkata on Tuesday. A source close to the unit confirmed that the shooting will continue for the next 50 days at different corners of Kolkata. Earlier, it was supposed to be shot in Mumbai and Goa.But due to the pandemic outbreak, the team decided to shoot in Kolkata and outskirts.
While the cast and crew members are contract bound, Birsa confirmed that he has started shooting. We got a glimpse of the set on Tuesday morning.

“We have started working at 7 am in the morning. We will have Sabyasachi Chakraborty shooting today,” the source revealed.
After Mafia, this is one of the big ventures that Birsa is working in. According to his friends, Birsa is looking forward to working with Raima. “His father, Raja Dasgupta, has directed Moon Moon Sen. Now, Birsa will be directing her daughter. It seems special,” said our source.
Besides the actors from Tollywood, Mona Singh, Shamita Shetty, Sharad Kelkar and others will also be seen in the pivotal roles.
