That apart, I had put on weight also, so I was exercising to get back to shape. Still, I am on a strict diet and hitting the gym regularly. I got a film offer in October 2021, but I didn’t sign on the dotted lines because of the pandemic. With the situation slightly getting better now, my parents have given me permission to work. All this while I used to feel depressed as I was not able to work. But now, I am so happy that I will hear “Lights, camera, and action” once again.”
Talking about the storyline of the film, Arunima shared, “This film is a thriller so I can’t reveal much about the storyline. The film revolves around a woman who falls into a trap while saving her husband from a crisis. The shoot will take place in Kolkata and north Bengal. Talks are on with Indraneil Sengupta and Parambrata Chatterjee to play important characters in this film.”
