Arpita debuts as Tamil film lead

News is that Tollywood actress Arpita Mukherji has been signed for a Tamil movie, under the direction of Ramagni, who is also debuting in the Tamil film industry with this film,
The probable title of the movie is Chinnama Love, though it hasn���t been confirmed yet. Arpita has been cast opposite actor Tamil suerstar Ramki.
The flick is a family revenge drama, where the actress plays the character of a girl, who marries into a family which has been the cause of her father���s death.The shooting will begin from January 15.
Prior to her Tamil debut, she has been part of a few Bengali and Oriya movies. She was part of Jeet-Swastika starrer Partner. Some other movies she was part of are Mama Bhagne (2009) ��� where she shared screen with Prosenjit Chatterjee, Jor Jar Muluk Tar (2010) and Bidehir Khonje Rabindranath (2011).
Arpita has also acted in a couple of Oriya Movies like Prem Rogi (2009) and Tora More Jodi Sundara (2010).
