Arindam Bhattacharya’s previous two films ‘Antarleen’ and ‘Flat No. 609’ were lapped up by the audience and now the talented filmmaker is ready to offer another dark thriller titled ‘
Antardhaan
’. The film had grabbed attention ever since it was announced. Now, the first-look teaser from the upcoming thriller is out and it surely raises the expectation bar. The teaser launch event was graced by director
Arindam Bhattacharya along with the lead pair of
Parambrata Chattopadhyay and
Tnusree Chakraborty
.
While Parambrata Chatterjee and Tnusree Chakraborty play the lead, the rest of the cast is also an ensemble one that includes noted actors
Mamata Shankar,
Sujan Neel Mukherjee
,
Rajatava Dutta, and Harsh Chhaya among others. The thriller has been shot in some serene locations of Himachal Pradesh.
And now, after much delay, the thriller has finally locked its release date and it is April 17 this year.
The story starts with a couple Anirban and Tonu moving to Kasauli with their daughter Zinia. Anirban, a professor, had to leave Delhi to the quiet, lonely town after a transfer. Despite the presence of mysterious neighbours, they all liked the place but one day Zinia goes missing during an excursion and her parents come to know the friends with whom their daughter was supposed to go didn’t even accompany Zinia. What happens next forms the crux of the film.
