Anjaniputra is not an easy role: Prosenjit

Looking dapper in a white T-shirt teamed with a branded pair of jeans, as Prosenjit drove his luxury car through a narrow lane in Sealdah, it was becoming visibly difficult for him to avoid attracting attention of the crowd waiting to catch a glimpse of the superstar. But once he entered the make-up room, there was no trace of Prosenjit any longer. Instead, we met Anjaniputra Sen Sharma, a humble school teacher from Malda!
After wrapping up his Iceland chapter of Gourav Pandey���s Hanuman.com, Tollywood badshah Prosenjit Chatterjee is back in Kolkata completing the rest of the film.A romantic comedy, the film sees Prosenjit as a school teacher who encounters a stranger, after which his life changes forever. The film also shows the impact of technology in modern times.
���I need an uninterrupted half an hour before I face the camera. To be in Sharma���s character is not an easy job as I have to completely forget my real self to be in his shoes. From character orientation to body language, look, diction ��� everything has to be perfect,��� said the actor while changing into a cotton kurta from his tees.
Mousumi, who is essaying Prosenjit���s wife in the film, can���t stop praising the actor. ���I still can���t believe that I am essaying Bumbada���s wife���s role. After I saw the shots on the monitor, I was amazed to see myself act so well, all thanks to Bumbada. I play Tanusree, who is married to Anjaniputra for 10 years. Otherwise a lovey-dovey couple, Tanusree gets furious and even doesn���t hesitate to beat him up if she disapproves of anything he does. So, Anjaniputra is a bit scared of her as well. The script is hilarious. After Anjaniputra comes back from Iceland, Tanusree discovers a new man in him,��� revealed Mousumi.
How difficult was to beat a senior actor like Prosenjit for the shot? ���Oh, my God! I was so nervous but Bumbada was so cool about it. He kept telling me, ���Tanusree is actually Mousumi, so you need not act but be yourself. And he���d add, ���Jack (my husband) ke o toh marish, tai amake o nirbhaoi maar���,��� smiled Mousumi.
Prosenjit too is happy to have Mousumi as part of the cast. ���Mousumi is apt for the role and I am sure that she will do a good job,��� Prosenjit signed off.
