didn't enjoy a great box-office outing, Dutt's captivating performance in Srijit Mukherji’s ‘Uma’ and Pratim D Gupta’s ‘Ahare Mon’ has earned him the tag of the most talked-about actor in 2018.


Up next for Anjan Dutt are two big-budget films - Arindam Sil's ‘Byomkesh Gowtro’ and Srijit Mukherji's upcoming period drama ‘Ek Je Chilo Raja’. An actor who loves to wear different hats, that’s what Anjan Dutt is all about. However, he has always considered himself a director's actor. “As an actor, you need to surrender to your director and when I am on the sets of a film as an actor, I always focus on what I am expected to deliver by my director. There is no such ego clash,” he explained.


The veteran actor turned director is also portraying Van Gogh in Kaushik Sen’s play ‘Taray Taray’ which has garnered rave reviews.
