Duronto Express, is going ahead with this comedy first.
The film stars Arjun Chakrabarty and newcomer Amrita, who has done a bit role opposite
Nawazuddin Siddiqui in
Buddhadeb Dasgupta's
Anwar Ka Ajab Kissa. The cast also includes
Kharaj Mukherjee,
Biswajit Chakraborty,
Kanchan Mullick, Lama,
Bhola Tamang,
Sankar Debnath,
Sumit Ganguly and
Debranjan Nag, among others. 'As a child I had come across the lines,
Jamaibabu kamlalebu ekla kheona/Janla diye bou palale dekhte pabena. The title of my film is inspired from the lines. It's a romcom and involves a comedy of errors. The movie revolves around two youngsters, who run away, leading to a hilarious journey,' says the director.
