Agnidev Chatterjee was supposed to shoot
Chor
from April, but because of the
lockdown
, the shooting of the film got postponed.
“During this crisis, stuck as we are at home, I thought of a story based on this current situation. I want to title it ‘Lockdown’. I have not thought of actors, but shall start casting once I finish writing the script. The film will be shot in a bungalow in Kolkata in one schedule,” said the director. He added, “It has almost been a month since our daily lives stopped. In this backdrop, we see a
painter
in life support in his own house. An extremely rich man, the painter had made arrangements to be treated at home. Somehow, the painter starts doubting his nurse. But later, this relationship of doubt transforms gradually into one of dependence and love. And from there the film takes a turn.”
