After ‘Rainbow Jelly’, Soukarya ready with his next fantasy film 'Pokkhirajer Dim'

Director Soukarya Ghosal, known for his critically acclaimed film 'Rainbow Jelly,' is now gearing up for his next cinematic endeavor, a fantastical adventure titled 'Pokkhirajer Dim.' This upcoming film promises to take audiences on a mesmerizing journey into a dreamy world, reacquainting them with the beloved character Ghoton from Ghoshal's previous work.

In 'Pokkhirajer Dim,' Mahabrata Basu and Anumegha Banerjee will once again step into the roles of Ghoton and Poppins, respectively. Additionally, Anirban Bhattacharya and Shyamal Chakraborty will play pivotal roles, adding to the film's overall appeal.


The story unfolds in Akashgunj, a secluded village in rural Bengal that seamlessly combines the allure of the countryside with elements of mystery and bravery. At the heart of this village lies an abandoned temple, home to ancient celestial enigmas concealed within its weathered stones.
