Elaborating on the shocking turn of events, Sengupta said, “The film is about an old lady who is trapped in a world of nostalgia, when the outer world has no impact on her.It was a similar situation for her.” Sengupta had earlier spoken about the impressive act that the late actress churned out for his film, Jonaki. Only last year, she was admitted to a hospital for sodium-potassium imbalance and Sengupta decided to put his shooting schedule on hold. “Her health is my prime concern. Everything else can wait,” Sengupta had told us back then.
