It looks like no stopping for Arjunn Dutta’s directorial debut ‘Abyakto’ as it continues its festival round receiving appreciation from all corners. After the screening at the Singapore South Asian Film Festival and winning the Audience Award for Best Regional Film at the Indo-German Film Week recently the family drama won yet another prestigious award at the 5
th Caleidoscope Indian Film Festival in Boston.
‘Abyakto’ bagged the ‘Most progressive Film from India’ award at the festival.
The story of ‘Abyakto’ revolves around the life of Indra through his growing years, from being a child to becoming a full grown man. As he grows up, a series of unexplained events that occur to him turns him into a man that he never thought would become.
The film stars Arpita Chatterjee,
Adil Hussain, Anubhav Kanjilal and Anirban Ghosh in the lead.
Meanwhile, Arjunn has already wrapped up the shoot of his next directorial venture ‘Guldasta’ which stars Arpita Chatterjee, Debjani and
Swastika Mukherjee.
