Speaking about his film, the director said: “I believe in creating films that bring about a positive change in our society. With Beti and Main Kaun Hooon (the previous short films he directed), I aimed for women empowerment, and now with I am Good, I want to raise mental health awareness. Bipolar disorder is a very unfortunate state of mind people get stuck in and with my film, I want to let people know that there is hope for them.”
The film’s screening will be held on April 7 and people can also watch ‘I am Good’ after it’s released on the Youtube channel The Short Cuts.
