That’s why ‘Kelo’ is quite a relevant film. Plus, people who have seen me in the mega serials so far will find me in a different role here.”
Popular actor Rajesh Sharma explained why the story of ‘Kelo’ is so relevant: “I have known Shankar Da for a long time and the story also attracted me. It’s very topical. People will relate to it. I believe commercial films still have a role to play as whenever you have to point out something good or bad, commercial films can be your best weapon. Also the acting by Hritojeet and Mani is just worth mentioning.”
Sudipto Gyen, Sanchita, Shaan, Anwesha and Nachiketa Chakraborty have lent their voice for the four songs songs in the film. Music has been composed by Soumitra Kundu.
‘Kelo’ is set to release on September 14.
