A musical evening to remember

A musical spectacle—Gaane Fusion-e Season 2 - Symphony of Hearts, happened for the second time in a row, at a city auditorium recently. This grand evening celebrated the harmonious blend of Rabindra Sangeet, folk traditions, and fusion music, bringing together an extraordinary lineup of acclaimed artists whose melodies touched countless hearts. The concert featured performances by Padma Shri Gokul Chandra Das, dhak player; Pandit Bickram Ghosh, tabla player; Lopamudra Mitra, singer; Manoj Murali Nair, singer; and Kalpana Patwari, Assamese and Bhojpuri folk singer. Their collective brilliance seamlessly fused tradition with innovation, creating an unforgettable musical experience.

Beyond its artistic splendour, Gaane Fusion-e Season 2 carried a profound humanitarian purpose. All proceeds from ticket sales were donated to a charitable organisation dedicated to funding free heart surgeries for underprivileged children.
