The #10YearChallenge has hit Indian cinema really hard. Just like their counterparts actors, singers and filmmakers of our very own Bengali industry have also accepted the new social media trend sharing their throwback pictures from a decade ago. While most of the trends we see on social media fade away after hours, this recent hashtag game is still going strong. Here are some of Bengali big shots who have shared how they transformed themselves during the last ten years.

While Bollywood celebs are bombing social media sharing their present-day and throwback pictures accepting the #10yearchallenge, Tollywood’s dashing hero Abir Chatterjee is not far behind. The versatile actor whose latest release ‘Shah Jahan Regency’ is running successfully at theatres recently took to his Twitter handle to share his latest picture alongside a throwback one. He captioned it: “Somoyer Shilalipi #10yearchallenge.” As soon as he dropped the image on social media his fans started showering love and praise for all his achievements over the years.

A master of his craft, Actor Anindya Chatterjee who is right now shooting for Indrasis Acharya’s ‘Parcel’ also took the #10yearchallenge and shared picture collage on his Twitter handle.
