Perhaps one of the biggest challenges we are facing these days is to keep ourselves mentally strong. All of us are suffering from stress and anxiety, given the current scenario. Actress
Koushani Mukherjee is no different.
Though the actress has already started visiting the film sets, Koushani admits that in the past few months she had felt anxious and extremely low at times.
“I will not say that I was depressed, because it’s a very strong word. But yes, I had bad phases," she admitted in an exclusive chat with ETimes.

Sharing more about the reason behind this, Koushani said that she missed out on a lot of projects because of the lockdown and that caused enough uncertainty and frustrations. “Besides, I am an extrovert and during that period I could not meet any of my friends and that frustration kept building on," she said. But at the point what really helped her was sharing her problems.
She started talking to her friends and close family members and soon realised that everyone was going through similar phases. "I would urge everyone to speak up about your emotions and issues and that's the only way to be happy," she said. Even as the shoot began, she was anxious about going out and working. But now that work has resumed, she is back to being her usual self.
