The pandemic has hampered many aspects of our lives including routine workouts of fitness freaks, which has resulted in various psychological issues and serious fitness and health concerns. While staying at home is important we can’t just stop exercising. Regular fitness workout at home during the lockdown has greatly helped so many people.

“I would recommend high-intensity exercises. It can be burpees, free squats, push-ups, plank. These types of exercises are easy to start with and highly beneficial, and can also give quite effective outcomes at home workouts. For diet, focus on balancing what nutrition you will take along with meals - 50%-60% carbohydrates, 12% - 20% protein and 30% fat. Also, go for steamed or grilled food starting from home-cooked veg to non-veg, all works fine. Eat plenty of fruits, stay away from refined sugar, and also eat in small quantity in every 2 hours. Another thing is if you are planning to resume workout sessions after recovering from COVID-19, focus more on breathing exercises, it can be slight jog or even some walking,” explains Ravi whose fitness videos on Instagram have garnered appreciation from all recently.
Meanwhile, the talented actor will next be seen in Srimanta Sengupta’s film, ‘Abar Bochhor Kuri Pore’. Ravi has been paired opposite Tnusree Chakraborty and is portraying the role of her husband. The film also stars Arpita Chatterjee, Abir Chatterjee and Rudranil Ghosh in key roles.
