What’s keeping Amrita Chattopadhyay busy these days?

“The story revolves around four friends who are IT employees and live in the same apartment complex. They get entangled in a crime and Saswata Chatterjee comes in as an investigator,” Amrita said.

She also completed shooting for a Hindi thriller, which was entirely shot in Kolkata within 16 days and features several Bollywood actors.

“After almost a year, it feels really nice to be busy. Before March 2020, I would often think of taking a break and going for a vacation. But now it feels like the busier I am, the better,” she shared.

Meanwhile, Amrita is eagerly waiting for the release of her next film, Saibal Mitra’s ‘

Debotar Grash

’ which has none other than Naseeruddin Shah and late Soumitra Chatterjee sharing the screen for the first time. In the film, Amrita will be seen playing the friend of a primary school teacher who is facing legal charges related to the communal disturbance.
