Singer Ranu Mondal who once became an internet sensation recently collaborated with popular Bangladesi actor Hero Alom for a Bengali song, Tumi Chara Ami. They recently recorded the song and as soon as the recording video was dropped online it went viral within moments.
Last year in November, Hero Alom took to his Facebook handle and revealed that he will be collaborating with Ranu Mondal.
The Bangladeshi actor also shared a glimpse of his conversation with Ranu. He also informed that Ranu will be the playback singer for two of his upcoming films.
Ranu’s latest video has already received more than 530K views, while people have praised her voice. In this 3-minute video, Alom and Ranu can be seen recording the song, and it then had a short QnA session.
For the unversed, Ranu Mondal is the same person who emerged as an overnight celebrity after a video of her singing ‘Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai’ had gone viral in 2019. She was then spotted at the Ranaghat Railway Station in West Bengal and soon managed to rise to instant fame. She even rendered a few songs for
Himesh Reshammiya’s film ‘Happy Hardy and Heer’.
Last month Ranu was in the headlines after she lent her voice to the viral ‘Kacha Badam’ song and the video featuring the singer in a Bengali bride look garnered quite a lot of views.
