Arijit Dutta, Managing Director of Priya Cinema, has the answer for you.
“Till now, we have kept the ticket prices same as before but yes we will be increasing the price in near future. But whatever changes occur, it will be much less than the ticket price you pay at the multiplexes. Single screens are very important, very special for the common people. Otherwise, the young generation is slowly getting more addicted to television and mobiles to watch films. With so many companies offering free internet, people are now shying away from the cinema halls. That’s why necessary steps have to be taken,” explains Arijit.
