’ in Thailand as part of an extensive 7-day outdoor shoot, it was really scary for Koel Mallick as she suffers from hydrophobia. The turbulent sea water made her a bit nervous.

“I didn’t know that I have to spend so much time in that turbulent water. I suffer from hydrophobia. I have this scary feeling that I am going to drown anytime. I had accidents earlier while shooting in water. I had seven stitches once when Dev and I fell into the ocean during shooting a water bike sequence of ‘Rangbaaz’. A wave suddenly hit us the very next moment I was completely blank. Finally, we were rescued. I did a song shoot in water with Jeet during ‘Hero’ shoot. Jeet was swaying the bike merrily. He was really comfortable with it while I was so tense because I don’t know how to swim,” revealed Koel who plays Dr. Ruby Chatterjee in the upcoming adventure flick directed by Sayantan Ghosal.

Apart from Koel, the film also stars Parambrata Chatterjee as Kumar and Gaurav Chakrabarty as Bimal. In Sayantan Ghosal’s earlier film ‘Jwaker Dhan’ Bimal’s character was played by Rahul Banerjee. Many believe ‘Sagardwipe Jawker Dhan’ is a sequel to ‘Jwaker Dhan’.
