Aparajita Adhya fans might get excited to read this. While many of us reminiscing our good old memories during this corona crisis revising the memory lanes here’s an interesting trivia. The versatile actress once played Ayushmann Khurrana’s mother in a Bollywood film.

The film ‘ Meri Pyaari Bindu’ was a romantic drama set in Kolkata that featured Ayushmann Khurrana and Parineeti Chopra in the lead roles. This was the first time they shared the screen space together.The film which recently clocked 3 years had Parineeti as Bindu, an aspiring singer while Ayushmann as a Bengali writer Abhimanyu Bubla Roy.

Besides Aparajita, ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’ also starred noted actors Rajatava Dutta and June Malia from Kolkata.
Even though ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’ didn't fare well at the box office, it will always remain a "special film" for Aparajita who has won hearts with her natural acting in films like ‘Belasehse’, ‘ Kishore Kumar Junior’, ‘Haami’, ‘Maati’ to name a few.
