Suchitra Sen

The legendary actress of Bengali cinema, who literally ruled the silver screen throughout the decades, stepped into the film industry after the birth of her only daughter Moon Moon Sen. Being the undisputed queen of Bengali industry, she didn't hide the troubles of her personal life. Yet her personal life didn’t bring any hindrance in her career.

Konkona Sen Sharma

Just like her mother Aparna Sen, Konkona has always been a multi-talented actress. Her unconventional route to stardom makes the dusky beauty a class example of successful star kids. She went on to become more or less the face of Bengali and Hindi art-house cinemas. Konkona is a proud mother of her son Haroon from her now estranged husband Ranvir Shorey. However, nothing held her back from giving brilliant acting performances and making a film ‘A Death In The Gunj’ for which she won the award for Best Debut Director in 2018 Filmfare Awards.
