Rahul death: Artists’ Forum files FIR, Priyanka in attendance

The members of the West Bengal Motion Picture Artists’ Forum filed an FIR at Regent Park police station on Saturday afternoon against the production house behind the show, Bhole Baba Par Karega, demanding investigation into Rahul Arunoday Banerjee’s death. The forum had released a statement on Friday evening stating that they weren’t satisfied with the answers the production house gave to them regarding the accident.

Rahul’s wife, Priyanka Sarkar was present with members of the forum to file a GD at the police station demanding a full and transparent investigation into Rahul’s death. Members of the fraternity including Prosenjit Chatterjee, Chiranjeet Chakraborty, Rituparna Sengupta, Shantilal Mukherjee, Abir Chatterjee, Jisshu U Sengupta, Ritwick Chakraborty, Bidipta Chakraborty, Kaushik Ganguly and Churni Ganguly to name a few, were present at the police station on Saturday.
