1) Kranthi Madhav, who earlier directed Onamalu, first approached Nithya Menen with the film's script. She eventually recommended Sharwanand's name to play the lead character along with her, apart from convincing producer KS Rama Rao to back the project.

2) Most part of the film was shot in and around Vizag and Kuala Lumpur.

3) Gopi Sunder, who scored the music for the film, is one of the top music directors in Malayalam film industry.

4) Sharwanand and Nithya Menen had earlier acted in Cheran's Yemito Ee Maya, which hasn't released yet.

5) Tejaswi Madivada, who shot to fame with Ice-Cream, played Nithya Menen's daughter in the film and Sharwanand's daughter, Punarnavi was last seen in Uyyala Jampala.

6) Dialogue writer Sai Madhav Burra has earlier worked for Gopala Gopala and Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum.

7) VS Gnanasekhar, the cinematographer, had worked on films like Vedam, Krisnam Vande Jagadgurum in the past.
