Stanley Tucci and
Emma Thompson are set to join the cast of 'The Children Act'.
To be directed by Richard Eyre the project has been adapted by Ian McEwan from his novel, reported Variety.
Filming will take place on location in London from mid-October. The movie also stars Fionn Whitehead.
According to a statement, "Thompson plays Fiona Maye, an eminent judge in London presiding with wisdom and compassion over ethically complex cases of family law.
"But she has paid a heavy personal price for her workload, and her marriage to American professor Jack (Tucci) is at breaking point."
'Notting Hill's' Duncan Kenworthy is producing the film.
