Punjab polls: Congress will win with clear cut mandate, says Pargat Singh

As Punjab came out to decide its next chief minister in a three-cornered contest, Arjuna Awardee-turned-Congressman Pargat Singh was seen casting his ballot. He remained confident, stating Congress would win with a clear cut mandate. The hockey player-turned-politician later casted his vote from the Jalandhar constituency.
