NEW DELHI: Tearing into the Congress manifesto, finance minister Arun Jaitley said much of the inputs, especially those related to J&K, were drafted by Congress chief Rahul Gandhi's friends in the "tukde-tukde" gang.

Lashing out at Congress's stand on issues of national security and promises on economy, Jaitley said, "When out of ignorance, he (Rahul) makes unimplementable and dangerous promises, I am sure the country will not be in a mood to oblige."
