Akbaruddin Owaisi to PM Modi: What else after ‘chaiwala & chowkidar’

HYDERABAD: AIMIM legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi on Saturday took pot-shots at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Main Bhi Chowkidar’ campaign, saying what else will Modi become in the coming days.“Earlier, he was a chaiwala and now he became a chowkidar. When he (Modi) came to Hyderabad, he called MIM a speed-breaker, in Bengal he said Mamata is a speed-breaker. Will he become a driver now,” said the AIMIM floor leader.The Chandrayangutta legislator said that all the leaders who are prefixing ‘chowkidar’ to their name should also change names of their family members.Akbaruddin Owaisi further said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders should also change their name in officials documents. “Why only add ‘chowkidar’ to your name on Twitter account, add ‘chowkidar’ even on Aadhaar card, voter card and passport also,” said Akbaruddin Owaisi.
