Indore: Congress workers paste ‘desh ka chowkidar chor hai’ stickers on trains

MPCC secretary Khandelwal told TOI that local Congress wing has launched a campaign and pasted stickers on the trains to Gandhi Nagar, Ratlam and Pune.
As the Congressmen, including Khandelwal and Joshi, got off Indore-Ratlam Train after pasting stickers in one of its coaches, a constable deployed at the station gave them a chase but to no avail.
Railway spokesman said, “Acting on a point of two persons entering the yard by crossing the track and dirtying the trains by pasting stickers on it, a case against Khandelwal and Joshi has been registered under section 147 and 166D of the Railway Act. There is a provision of penalty and imprisonment under the said sanctions.”
He added that the district election officer has also been informed about the incident to examine, if the offenders violated the model code of conduct.
