elections.Madhya Pradesh
… Desh Ke Dil Se Dilli Tak … Ab Congress..” (Madhya Pradesh says, from the heart of the country to Delhi, Now Congress). The party’s state campaign committee prepared this song after its assembly election campaign track “MP Pukare Dil Se, Waqt Hai Badlav Ka” became popular last year.

Party workers danced to the beat of the drums, some dressed in costumes of the party’s election symbol. This was followed by fireworks. And no one could miss the fireworks.
With the first phase of elections just a week away, Congress also released a rap song to connect with the youth voters. Campaign songs were also released in Bundelkhandi, Baghelkhandi and Nimari dialects for voters in these regions of the state.
Speaking to reporters at the campaign theme song launch at the PCC office, chief minister Kamal Nath said that rival BJP can claim it has its bastions in Bhopal and Jabalpur, and Congress is weak here, “But I claim that Congress will win both Bhopal and Jabalpur,” he said.
Explaining his government’s announcement of giving 27% reservation to OBCs, the chief minister said, “The state has 51% OBCs and there was a demand for a long time for reservations. They wanted justice and we will execute the same. Yeh nyay hum deke rahenge.”
