BJP’s statewide dharna against government
BHOPAL: On the day the Kamal Nath government completed 100 days in office, the BJP staged a statewide dharna with a tagline’ 100 days, Rs 281 crore corruption’. In Bhopal, the dharna was attended by former chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan among others. speaking on the occasion, he said, “Rahul Gandhi is the biggest liar. He is playing false dhol of waiving farmers’ loan in the country. The Congress government would not last for long in the state”. The dharna at the Board Office square was also attended by party’s state general secretary Vishnu Dutt Sharma, MP Alok Sanjar, mayor Alok Sharma.
BJP accused Congress of corruption and lawlessness in the state and slammed the work culture of Congress. Chouhan said Congress that came to power with the slogan of change, but the decisions of government in the past three months have led to chaos and corruption has increased.
Chouhan said, “Congress president Rahul Gandhi had claimed during assembly polls that if the party comes to power, farmers’ loan would be waived off in 10 days or else he would change the CM, but farmers loan has not been waived off so far. Going by Gandhi’s claim that he would change CM if farm loan is not waived off, 10 CMs should have been changed in the last three months, but no one has been changed”.
BJP leaders claimed that Congress is running transfer industry in MP. “The law and order situation has collapsed in the state. It is the work culture of Congress to take money and transfer officers”, said Alok Sharma.
When asked whether he would contest
