Vote for stability: Amit Shah

Appealing to voters to exercise their franchise in large numbers, BJP president Amit Shah said that people should vote for safety, security and economic stability. "To those who are voting for the first time, my appeal is to vote for a strong India," he said.


Shah cast his vote in Naranpura, where he is registered as a voter. Flanked by his wife, granddaughter and other members of the family, Shah arrived at the

Naranpura sub-zonal office

and cast his vote, after which he visited the Kameshwar Mahadev temple located adjacent to the polling booth.

Shah voted in the Gandhinagar LS constituency from where he is the BJP candidate.
