Alpesh Thakor loses Congress’s Bihar role
Alpesh Thakor, who resigned from all posts of the Congress party on Wednesday, was removed as the All India Congress Committee secretary for Bihar on Friday.
Despite letting go of all posts of the Congress, Thakor has not resigned from the primary membership of the party to avoid disqualification as an MLA. The Congress has initiated procedures to disqualify him.
