NEW DELHI: Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday asked people to throw Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari out of their house when he comes to seek votes during the Lok Sabha election campaign as he has said that Delhi cannot be granted the full statehood status.
Addressing a rally at Gokulpur, the AAP national convener said Tiwari had been telling people that full statehood could not be granted to Delhi even though BJP had used the issue in the capital to seek votes in the 2014 general election.

Kejriwal also attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and accused him of destroying communal harmony in the country.
Although talks are reportedly on for an AAP-Congress alliance in the capital, Kejriwal said Delhiites would gain nothing by making Congress president Rahul Gandhi the Prime Minister. “Delhi will get nothing by making Rahul Gandhi the PM or re-electing Narendra Modi. Their parties did nothing for Delhi,” the CM said.
