NEW DELHI: Criticising BJP’s manifesto for not having solutions for sealing in Delhi, the
Aam Aadmi Party has planned to unite people against BJP.
AAP
has stated that
BJP’s election manifesto
contains nothing for the traders and is a
fraud
on them.
“Delhi traders have been ruined by the Narendra Modi government which brought demonetization, GST, FDI in retail, etc. The
BJP manifesto
does not even have a word on how it wants to deal with the situation arising out of more than 20,000 shops being sealed due to the government inaction,” said Brijesh Goyal, convener of AAP’s trade wing and party candidate for New Delhi Lok Sabha seat.
The worst victims during the last five years of Modi government have been traders, said Goyal adding that: “While the traders were still reeling under the adverse impacts of demonetization, Modi government dealt the next blow with the implementation of GST without any proper preparation.”
He said that AAP leaders will go to people and explain to them the sufferings of the traders during the five years of BJP rule.
